Evolution: Evolves into Illumise (female) or Volbeat (male) with max happiness at Night
Description: Bulby aren't very powerful, but they can expel a strong stench to repel predators. Also, if one gets separated from their family, Bulby can produce a bright beacon from their tail or mouthpiece so they can be reunited.
P.S. Not my best work, but I just wanted to get this idea out there. I just love the thought of counterpart Pokemon literally being related to each other BY EVOLUTION. But hey.. apparently not all Pokemon need to evolve
Also Illumise and Volbeat totes need to be Bug/Fairy, with their nymph-like design and nocturnal behaviour = perfect
